No. All lakes in Eagle Point are private property. They are jointly owned by the surrounding homes and properties. Fishing is prohibited by non-residents. Residents may be allowed to fish in certain areas, but permission should be granted by the property owner first. Anyone fishing without permission on private property may be subject to persecution for trespassing.

There are two ways to get your information to the neighborhood. One is to log on to the ephoa.org website and add it in the forums section. The second way is to send the information to eaglepointwebnews@gmail.com and the next time a webnews is sent out it will be added to it.
Prior to the beginning of construction, you must fill out an architectural change form, located on the website and either email it to eaglepointhomeowners@gmail.com or drop it off at the HOA office at 4000 Eagle Point Corporate Drive. Include any plans which you may have. The AR&C committee will review it to determine approval.
