Are all Eagle Point homeowners members at the Swim & Tennis Club?

No. The Swim & Tennis Club is an organization that is independent of the homeowners association. Membership is restricted to Eagle Point residents and spaces are limited. Visit the Swim and Tennis club page at www.eaglepointswimandtennis.com for more details.


How can I purchase a Swim & Tennis Club membership?

Contact the membership chairman of the Swim & Tennis club at www.eaglepointswimandtennis.com. They will advise you of the current membership application process, and if applicable, place you on the waiting list for a membership.


Can I join the Golf Association if I'm not a resident of Eagle Point?

Yes. Membership is open to anyone in the Birmingham area. Visit the Golf Association website to register and find out more information.


Are Eagle Point lakes public?

No. All lakes in Eagle Point are private property. They are jointly owned by the surrounding homes and properties. Fishing is prohibited by non-residents. Residents may be allowed to fish in certain areas, but permission should be granted by the property owner first. Anyone fishing without permission on private property may be subject to persecution for trespassing.


What do I do if I see a neighborhood street light not functioning properly?

Locate the four digit number on the side of the pole and contact Alabama Power at 888.430.5787 and tell them the account is under Eagle Point Homeowners.


What do I do if I have an item I would like to advertise to the neighborhood?

There are two ways to get your information to the neighborhood. One is to log on to the ephoa.org website and add it in the forums section. The second way is to send the information to eaglepointwebnews@gmail.com and the next time a webnews is sent out it will be added to it.


What do I do if I would like to install a fence?

Prior to the beginning of construction, you must fill out an architectural change form, located on the website and either email it to eaglepointhomeowners@gmail.com or drop it off at the HOA office at 4000 Eagle Point Corporate Drive. Include any plans which you may have. The AR&C committee will review it to determine approval.


What do I do if I have a home based business which I would like to advertise to the neighborhood?

Go to the INFO tab on the website. Under home based businesses there is a form to fill out. Please make sure to include all appropriate information about your business and if available include your logo.


Where do I find a neighborhood babysitter?

Under the INFO tab on the website there is a list of current neighborhood babysitters for you to contact.


What are the rules on burning?

Open burning is not allowed in Eagle Point.
