The new street signs are in!

On behalf of you board of directors, I would like to thank all of those homeowners who have contributed so many kind and supportive remarks concerning the new street signs.

I would also like to thank a number of people who, without their leadership over the years, this project would have not been possible.

First Adam Kline. Adam chaired this project for your board, and has put in 100’s of hours on this project. Adam’s diligence and research saved EPHOA thousands of dollars, and made this project possible.

Secondly, I would like to thank the leadership of the previous boards of directors over the years who all contributed by volunteering 1000’s of hours toward EPHOA work, enabling the association to build reserves for needed projects such as this. This project would have never been possible if their leadership had not allowed EPHOA to build cash reserves, all based on their cost saving leadership and volunteerism. They saw the need for a rainy day fund, and based on the condition of the street signs, they had seen many a rainy day!

Thirdly, I would like to thank the current board. When a project of this magnitude is born, there will always be varying degrees of taste. As each point of design, style, etc., was discussed, personal preference was always put aside for the best option for the community at large.

And, last but not least, each homeowner. Your dues go to protect property values and maintain Eagle Point at a level to protect property values. Your board of directors does not take this responsibility lightly. There are many more projects to be completed in Eagle Point. If you have one that is dear to you, let us know. And, you can lead the way!

Brett D. McBrayer, President EPHOA
