How much are the annual homeowner association dues?
For 2009, the annual assessment is $238. The assessment is due approximately 6 weeks after the annual homeowners meeting, which occurs on the second Tuesday of January. A late charge of $50.00 is imposed if the payments are not received by the due date stated on the invoice.
These funds are used for the common expenses of the Association. These expenses are incurred in the administration, management, maintenance, and operation of Eagle Point.
Failure to pay assessments may result in a lien on the delinquent property and legal action to collect the past due amounts. While the Association prefers not to take these actions, they are required under the terms of the By-Laws.
