The Homeowner’s Association sponsors a biannual Neighborhood Garage Sale in the fall and spring. We place an ad in the Birmingham News for the 3 days before the sale. The sale is open to any/all Eagle Point residents.
Tie a red balloon to your mailbox and at the end of your street to help sale goers locate your house.
