EPHOA Board positions

Your HOA board consists of five total members. Three of those members’ terms continue through the end of 2024 - Dave Gangle, Bill Myers, and Misti Steed. Two members’ terms end this year - Don DeCesare and David Evans. Don DeCesare seeks re-election and will appear on the ballot you receive with the annual letter in December. We greatly appreciate the years that David Evans has volunteered his time for Eagle Point, but he has decided not to seek another term. (Please note that the new Board will be announced at the Annual Meeting on Tuesday, January9, 2024, but Board officers are not determined until the new Board votes for them at the Board meeting in February.)

Your HOA Board will accept applicants for the two open positions through close of business on Monday, December 11, 2023. No submissions will be accepted after that deadline. The Board meets monthly and communicates frequently via email and texts. You just need an open mind and a desire to be an advocate for Eagle Point!

If you’d like to be considered for a Board position, please submit your name and a brief bio to [email protected]. Your information will be published in the annual letter/dues invoice that goes out in December for residents to vote on nominees. If you’re interested but still have questions, email that same address and you’ll be put in touch with a current Board member who can answer your questions. We look forward to new voices and points of view joining the Board next year!

ANNUAL EAGLE POINT COOKIES WITH SANTA AND CARRIAGE RIDES

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 10TH

4000 EAGLE POINT CORPORATE DRIVE

SANTA IS SCHEDULED FROM 5:00 UNTIL 8:00.

No reservation is required to see Santa or to get a prepackaged treat.

MO’S CARRIAGE AND TRAIL RIDES IS SCHEDULED TO GIVE CARRIAGE RIDES FROM 3:30 UNTIL 7:00 to EAGLE POINT RESIDENTS ONLY

Reserve your 15-minute carriage ride by emailing [email protected]. Reservations will be considered in the order they are received, starting at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, December 1st. Reservations will not be confirmed until Monday, December 4th. You must include the following information for your request to be processed:

* Resident Name

* Eagle Point Address

* Cell Phone Number

* One or Two Adults plus ages of children riding, including “babes in arms”

* Preferred Time Slot

(time may or may not be honored exactly)
