The terms of three of the five EPHOA Board members (Raymond Newton-President, Dave Gangle-Landscape, and Misti Steed-VP/Secretary/ARCC) are set to come to a close at the end of 2020; all three members plan to seek re-election for two more years of service to Eagle Point. The ballot to fill these three openings will be included in the Annual Letter you’ll receive in December.
If you'd like to be considered for one of the open Board positions, please submit your name and a brief bio to firstname.lastname@example.org by close of business on Wednesday, December 9th. Submissions will not be accepted after that deadline. Your information will be published on the ballot that’s included in the annual letter for residents to vote for the three people they’d like to fill the three openings. If you're interested but still have questions, email that same address and you'll be put in touch with a current Board member who can answer your questions.
You don't need any specific experience to be able to play an effective role in your HOA! The Board meets monthly (often via Zoom during 2020) and communicates frequently via email and texts. The commitment is for two years. You just need an open mind and a desire to be an advocate for Eagle Point!
